1.1 This privacy policy sets out the principles of the protection of sensitive information about Users, including personal information, by the administrator of said data, that is, by the entity responsible for the Store hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

When processing personal data, the Seller pays particular attention to whether this data is protected against its unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, processed in violation of the applicable laws and its alteration, loss, damage or destruction.

2. Personal data

2.1 During the Store use, the Users may be asked to provide their personal data necessary for the provision of services by the Seller:

while registering a new Store account (first and last name or company name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address)

while opting to use the Newsletter (e-mail address),

Users’ personal data may also be transferred or disclosed – to the necessary and needed extent – to third parties, including entities performing, at the request of the Seller, activities related to the Agreement concluded with the Purchaser, including electronic payments operators on the basis of concluded Agreements or entities performing deliveries of ordered goods. Users’ personal data (including their email addresses) may also be disclosed by the Seller to DreamCommerce in connection with Store management by the Seller, including the performance of contractual actions by DreamCommerce in favour of the Seller, enabling the Seller to use the Store management tools.

2.6 The Seller ensures the Users, whose personal data is processed, the execution of rights under the personal data protection act, including the right to access and alter their personal data, and the right to control the processing of their personal data under the terms of said act.
