Complaints and returns


If the received product contains hidden defects or becomes damaged during its use for reasons beyond your control, you can excercise the warranty law, as long as the warranty was granted for example by the manufacturer, importer or seller, warranty conditions were specified in the warranty document you received together with the product, the defect that occurred is covered by the warranty and its period has not yet expired.


If, after completing your purchase, you discover that the received product is damaged, not working properly or you have found another non-compliance of the product with the contract, and you have purchased the item as a consumer, you have the right to file a complaint under the Polish Act of July 27, 2002 “on specific terms and conditions of consumer sale and amendments to the Civil Code.”

A notice of non-compliance of the product with the Sales Contract and the appropriate request can be made, in particular, via e-mail: or by sending a letter to the following address: Magic of Y SP. z o.o. 28/24 Nowy Świat Street, 00-373, Warsaw, Poland. Whenever it is possible and necessary to assess the non-compliance of the Product with the contract, the item should also be delivered to the address above.

The Seller will answer the Customer’s requests immediately, not later than within 14 days. The answer to the complaint will be sent to the address specified by the Customer, unless the Customer specifies otherwise.


In accordance with the act of March 2, 2000 “on protection of certain consumer rights and the liability for damage caused by a dangerous product,” you have the right to return the item within 14 days from the date of its receipt, without giving any reason for the return if you have purchased it as a consumer. To comply with this time limit just send a return declaration before the period expires. If you want to return the item, you should submit a declaration of return (renouncement of the sales contract) within 14 days from the item’s receipt, and send it back to us together with the product.

The product should have the original packaging and be in an unaltered state.

In case of contract renouncement, you will receive the price paid during the purchase of the product, including the shipping costs corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the store.

The costs of product returns in case of the renouncement of a remote sales contract is borne by the consumer.
